Q What is the process of our Service Delivery?

A Service delivery of DirectNet Broadband is as follows:

Authorized DirectNet Broadband representative will explain and finalize tariff plan based on your need, and post which he will register the order (NO PAYMENT to make at this stage).

Post placing the order you will receive a call from DirectNet for verifying personal details: name, address, registered mobile number, email ID and tariff plan.

The authorized DirectNet Broadband representative will visit subscriber's premises by appointment to provide a service demo. You are required to pay "Subscription Amount" as mentioned in the plan details to the authorized DirectNet installation representative post successful service demo at the installation location.

Service installation will be done within 3 days from the date of realization of subscription amount. In case of cheque payment, service installation shall take 6-10 working days from cheque submission date.

Post successful installation, DirectNet representative will provide the Subscriber Registration Form (SRF), which needs to be filled with complete and correct information.

Q What does unlimited data means?

A Unlimited means there will be limitless internet data for uploading and downloading. There will be no capping of data in the unlimited data package. You can freely download your favorite music, movies, and games.

Q What is the delivery time for DirectNet Broadband services?

A The service can be delivered within 3 days from the date of realization of subscription amount. In case of cheque payment, service activation shall take 6-10 working days from the date of cheque submission.

If your building is not ready for service with DirectNet Broadband, then we shall work with your building authorities to enable your building/premise with our service at the earliest.

Q What setup do you need at your residence or office in order to get DirectNet Broadband service?

A Device configuration requirements:

PCs / Laptops must have minimum Intel P IV 2 GHz or higher processor and 1 GB RAM - Minimum 2 GB free hard disk space at the time of installation - Operating System: Win Vista, Win 7- Ethernet LAN Card / Port (10 / 100BaseT) with TCP / IP support.

Browser Options: IE, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome. Kindly ensure that your browser is updated to the latest version available.

Subscribers can use the service on Wi-Fi enabled devices such as smart phones, tablets, touch pads notebook, etc. These devices must support 802.1X, WPA2 Enterprise security features.

Q Do I need to make any payment at the time of booking the order?

A No payment has to be made at the time of booking of the order. You only have to pay at the time of the installation. If you have any query regarding the payment options you call the DirectNet Support on +91-953-490-9595, the executive will assist you.

Q When and how should I pay the subscription amount?

A You are required to pay the "Subscription Amount" as mentioned in the plan details after successful installation & service demo at your installation location to the authorized DirectNet Broadband representative only.

Q What documents are needed at the time of installation?

A The following documents need to be submitted along with the SRF.

  • Valid Proof of Identity (Identity proofs are valid like PAN Card, Aadaar Card, Voter ID proof, Driving license).
  • Valid Proof of Address (Electricity bill, Ration Card).
  • One Passport size color photograph.
  • Original documents should be produced for validation (Either one of the mention above).
Q What should I do when I face any issue with my password?
